EL HUECU CHACRAS
Build your dream home on one of our two 10 acre private homesteads. Both offer nearby town water, electricity, as well as the opportunity to hike, camp and ride through 27,000 acres of land in the High Andes up to the border with Chile. These upper lands abound with streams and a lovely lake teeming with small rainbow trout. They are located beginning at a 3 hour horse ride or a 2 hour truck trip from the properties.
These two chacras (mini farms) are available to be either leased or purchased. Have fun and be creative as owners are permitted to perform whatever development they desire within the scope of provincial outlines (which are pretty lax in our area). The chacras are perimeter fenced and one currently has a small house which could be used for living while building your new home.

Both properties are approximately 10 acres each, situated just outside El Huecu. They are flat to gently rolling lands, well treed, with seasonal streams flowing by.

The community of El Huecu has a population of about 1,500 and offers most conveniences (groceries, drug store, hardware store, police, hospital, bank, restaurants and quaint hosteria)
