It is the posture of the Carrithers Family that this community be like minded as much as possible, and work together, to make living here an adventure in semi self-sufficiency, neighborliness, sharing and enjoyment. Certain covenants will be in place, to ensure all owners respect the general feeling of the lands and fellow land partners. Owners may also consider features including communal ownership of certain assets i.e. tractor, truck, and maybe a club house with a tennis court etc.

ADDITIONAL LAND ENJOYMENT

Arrangements may be made with the Carrithers family to visit their high Andes 27,000 acres for riding, hiking, camping and fly fishing.

UTILITIES

Water and electricity: there are many springs and seasonal streams on the property and of course, wells can be dug. There are grid power lines running along the provincial road on the edge of the propety.
