ESTANCIA TRANQUILON – 36,000 ACRES

Here is a world unique opportunity to escape the “real” world and live in the friendly beauty of the Andes mountains in the Argentine northern Patagonia. Imagine owning a share in this 36,000 acre estancia with a small community, of some 15 families, spread out over the plains and mountains. Enjoy off grid living, doing largely what you want with your private hectarea (2.4 acres), paying no taxes, while reveling in our best four season climate.

Our homestead model is simple and uncomplicated, efficient and economical. It follows the law of rights to land use which is essentially a purchase of the rights to the one hectaria plus use of the entire land holdings of 36,000 acres. The right is subject to protective covenants and is easily sellable. It is initially for 70 years and is extendable. It also includes the right to lease the adjoining half hectaria (1.2 acres).

Estancia Tranquilon will be of most interest to those looking to escape large urban centers and be part of a small, remote, yet accessible community situated far from cities, pollution, and government pressures.
