LOCATION & SIZE
Estancia Tranquilon is located one half hour outside of El Huecu. Owners have the right to build on their private hectaria. Arrangements may be made with the Carrithers family to visit their high Andes 27,000 acres for riding, hiking, camping and fly fishing.

Water and electricity: there are many springs and seasonal streams on the property and of course, wells can be dug. There are grid power lines running along the two roads through the property.
